Paul Forbat is President and Broker of PCI Commercial Realty Group. With 30 years of commercial real estate brokerage and executive leadership experience, he specializes in landlord representation and property management services. He understands the needs of commercial investors and tenants and is a loyal and diligent client advocate to deliver results that exceed expectations.


He has sold and leased a wide variety of industrial, retail, and office properties. His recent transactions include:

  • Land: 44 acres (1.9M sq. ft.) sold to a confidential investor for $27M (2022)

  • Industrial: 13,562 sq. ft. leased to Vintage Design, LLC. (2021)

  • Industrial: 23,569 sq. ft. sold to Patriot Drive B, LLC. (2020)

  • Industrial:  12,396 sq. ft. leased to Advanced Spectral Technologies (2020)

  • Industrial:  9,000 sq. ft. leased to UltraCare Restoration Inc. (2020)

  • Industrial:  9,000 sq. ft. leased to AC Fabrication Inc. (2020)

  • Industrial:  6,697 sq. ft. leased to M-Wave Design Corporation (2020)

  • Industrial: 53,799 sq. ft. sold to Scientific Cutting Tools, Inc. (2019)

  • Industrial: 24,500 sq. ft. leased to Dynamic Automation, Inc. (2019)

He has successfully negotiated leases with many national retailers, including 7-Eleven, 99 Cents Only Stores, Ace Hardware, California Closets, Chipotle, Dunkin’ Donuts, Great Clips, H&R Block, Jamba Juice, Leslie’s Poolmart, Pacific Dental Services, Quiznos, Sonus Hearing Care Professionals, Sprint, Starbucks, Subway, T-Mobile, Trader Joe’s, Unleashed by Petco and The UPS Store.

Before founding PCI Commercial Realty Group, he held several prominent positions:

  • Vice President, DAUM Commercial Real Estate, the oldest commercial real estate company in Southern California.

  • Director of Commercial Properties, Public Storage, one of the largest REITs in the United States and Europe.

  • Director of Leasing, Westwood Financial Corp., a national real estate syndicate with over 100 major retail properties.

​He is a California licensed real estate broker (#01097663) and a Realtor®. He holds a master’s degree from Biola University and a bachelor’s degree from the University of Southern California. A Ventura County resident since 1986, he has many connections within the community.
